"Kiritanpo" is made by rice and is barbecued by briquette. Then, put them into Nabe. It's my favorite Nabe! This is famous in Akita. |

Break up Sea bream's meat into pieces,open your mouth wide, and eat!! (in Ehime) |
 Go-ya |
Go-ya has very bitter taste, but if you cook it, the taste become softener. (in Okinawa) |
