Local Specialties Foods

 

There are many kinds of local foods in each Prefecture.

 


King Crab
It's very famous in Hokkaido that is located in the North (the biggest Prefecture in Japan).

Kiritanpo Nabe
"Kiritanpo" is made by rice and is barbecued by briquette. Then, put them into Nabe. It's my favorite Nabe! This is famous in Akita.

Cook rice with Sea bream

Break up Sea bream's meat into pieces,open your mouth wide, and eat!! (in Ehime)


Go-ya
Go-ya has very bitter taste, but if you cook it, the taste become softener. (in Okinawa)
